Not so CHARMMed,
Well NAMD is giving me problems after about half of the initial equilibriation. I get an error message the some number related to the patch box for PME calcs is too small. I have googled it and see lots of people have had the same problem, but I have not seen a good solution or explaination. It is beginning to get annoying.

All of Friends in Houston have Power Again
Well, all of the people that I know in Houston have their power back as of last Friday. Obviously many of my daughters friends are still in desperate conditions having lost everything (with up to 3 to 5 feet of water in their houses). Here is a picture a block from Elizabeth's school where every house was submerged from the Ike surge.
