Not so CHARMMed,
Well NAMD is giving me problems after about half of the initial equilibriation. I get an error message the some number related to the patch box for PME calcs is too small. I have googled it and see lots of people have had the same problem, but I have not seen a good solution or explaination. It is beginning to get annoying.
