Fossil Feet

A quick stop at Dinosaur Valley state park in Glen Rose. The water was cold, but refreshing as we swam in the foot step of Apatosaurus. Well they had a model of one from the New York World Fair. The foot steps may have been from some one else, maybe Acrocanthosaurus and Pleurocoelus (sauropod). Roland Bird led a group to dig up many of the tracks to take by to the New York Museum of Natural History. The park in on the Paluxy River, and all my kids enjoyed our explorations.
