Jacob is Ready to Move!
"Hay, are you taking my picture?" Jacob looks after the first flash goes off. Jacob has been rolling over for a while now, but has not decided to crawl yet. He will get up on his knees and turn in a circle, or push in reverse, but the forward drive in not yet wired up. However you can see today he is standing up while holding onto someone or something!

Junior Scientists
Both of my older kids have a love for science. They both had great science fair projects in school last year. John did his on a genomic topic comparing two bacteria, Vibrio cholera and Escherichia coli. Elizabeth did hers on the classification of insects, spiders, and bugs. Now, both of them sometimes visit me in the lab.
